Exchange of the good

In addition to your rights deriving from the law, the products sold by Bottega Etrusca can be returned to Bottega Etrusca within 30 days of delivery, subject to the exceptions to the right of withdrawal, as long as they are intact and in the same conditions in which they were delivered.

To request the exchange, the goods must be intact, free from defects and not used or manipulated in order to reduce the original value. The product packaging must not show signs of wear, abrasions and scratches. The product must be accompanied by a certificate, receipt or invoice.

The exchange can be made with another product of equal or greater value and based on the availability of Bottega Etrusca.

You can request the change by sending a written communication to the Bottega Etrusca headquarters by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or also by telegram, telex, e-mail to the address info@bottegaetrusca.it or fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 (forty-eight) hours.

The communication must indicate the preferred working day for the collection of the goods. The collection of the goods must take place within 10 days of receiving the exchange confirmation from Bottega Etrusca.

Bottega Etrusca reserves the right to request photographic proof of the goods it intends to change, before confirming the exchange of the purchased good.

Upon receipt of the confirmation, the consumer must send the goods in a well sealed and protected box or envelope. It is not necessary to write anything on the package, the courier will already have the label with the Bottega Etrusca shipping address available.

The shipping costs will be borne by the consumer (4.90 euros). The risks deriving from transport will be the sole responsibility of the consumer.

Bottega Etrusca reserves the right not to exchange goods received damaged, not intact or obviously used.

Please note: It is not possible to change products purchased online in Bottega Etrusca stores and vice versa.

These provisions are additional and do not affect the rights deriving from the law, nor the right of withdrawal within 14 days described above.

The Consumer will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid to Bottega Etrusca, net of delivery and reshipment costs, only when Bottega Etrusca has checked the goods and certifies their integrity and perfect correspondence to what was sold and evident use. , will confirm the return procedure.

The customer service processes the returns in about 7 days from receipt of the goods in the Bottega Etrusca warehouse.

The refund will follow the payment methods made by the consumer:

  • PAYMENT WITH CASH ON DELIVERY: the refund will be made by bank transfer. You will have to provide us with your bank details (IBAN and account holder data) by email when you send the withdrawal request.
  • PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER: the refund is made by bank transfer to the account provided by the consumer who wants to be refunded.
  • PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL: the cancellation is made directly via PayPal.
  • PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD: the refund is credited only to the credit card used for the purchase.

Once the return has been processed and reimbursed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
